Review of Three Restaurants in Surprise, Arizona by Phoenix Hood Cleaning July 8, 2020
Nicks Dinner II is located at 13765 N Litchfield Road in Surprise, Arizona. Owner, Nick Arapi, opened his first Nicks restaurant in 2001 in Michigan. His second restaurant opened in 2004 prior to moving to Arizona where he opened his thirst restaurant in 2007.
Nick lived most of his life in Mykonos, Greece helping his mother in the kitchen. He attended a culinary school in Greece and worked in restaurants learning the business from top to bottom. In 2000, he moved his family to the United States to start his dream of opening his own restaurant, Nicks Diner II.
As his business grew in Surprise, Nick realized he needed to move to a larger location. It is no wonder he has a four-point-six-star rating with over seventeen hundred evaluations on the world wide web.
Located at 8300 North Hayden Road in Scottsdale, Arizona is Oregano’s. It is about an hour drive from Surprise, Arizona but it is well worth it to just see the restaurant. Owner, Mark Russell, was inspired by his father’s dream to open his own restaurant.
Marks father was born in Chicago when the Great Depression was in full swing. He quickly learned the value of family by working in the kitchen with his mother making pasta and pizza with old family recipes. He kept the tradition alive by having friends and family over every weekend for his home cooked dinner. Everyone would rave about his pizza and his ability to use fresh vegetables on them.
Oregano’s pays a tribute to Marks father every day by preparing in house pasta’s and sauces. They use only the freshest ingredients and it shows with their over seventeen hundred positive posts with over a four-star rating.
Reel Pizza Pies is located in the Marley Park Shopping Center in Surprise, Arizona. One of the things that sets this place apart from most pizza restaurants is the owner, Kaleb Copenhaver, is only twenty-two years old.
Kaleb developed a love of music and pizza at a young age and started working in pizza restaurants when he was sixteen. After graduating from school, he traveled throughout the United States eating at pizza places to see how different they were made. When he returned home, he opened Reel Pizza Pies.
Using only the finest ingredients and using his Italian grandmother’s secret recipe for meatballs has given him a four-point-two-star rating. The restaurant has only fifteen seats in its twelve hundred square foot space and it fills up pretty quickly.
Phoenix Hood Cleaning has been cleaning hoods in commercial kitchens in the greater Phoenix area for years including Surprise, Arizona. They have a fully trained staff of technicians that use the National Fire Protection Association Code 96 and standards when doing a hood cleaning.
Commercial kitchens should have a professional hood cleaning done on a regular basis. Relying on employees to clean the hoods is not the best idea, because they have not been properly trained and may not remove all of the grease. When grease builds up, it can become a fire hazard which truly is a nightmare for any commercial kitchen.
